Bid for: Construction of 6.7 kilometres of Class 5 – Gravel Road  located N. of 11,10,9,8-46-25-W3   (Project 203)
in the R.M. of Manitou Lake No. 442.

Sealed envelopes clearly marked Tender for Construction of 6.7 kilometres of Class 5 - Gravel Road and addressed to the R.M. of Manitou Lake No. 442 will be received by the R.M. of Manitou Lake No. 442 Office until 10:00 A.M., C.S.T., on Thursday August 5, 2010, and will be opened in public immediately thereafter.

Approximate volume of excavation is 90,000 cubic metres.

Approximate Haul quantity is 120,000 cubic metre hectometre.

Each tender must be accompanied by a bid bond or alternatively, a certified cheque made out to the Municipality in the amount of not less that “5% of the Tender amount.”

The lowest of any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Approximate volume of excavation is 7,500 cubic metres.

Approximate Haul quantity is 15,000 cubic metre hectometre.

CULVERT INSTALLATION

Sealed Tenders will be received at the office of the R.M. of Brock No. 64, Kisbey, Sask, until 9:00am CST on August 11, 2010 and opened immediately thereafter for the installation of 4.1500 mm culverts 18 m long.

Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

LARGE CULVERT INSTALLATION

Sealed Tenders will be received at the office of the RM. of Walpole No. 92, Wawota, Sask. Until 11:00 am CST on August 11, 2010 and opened immediately thereafter for the installation of 1-2400mm culvert and 4-2700mm culverts.

Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid.
