SARM’s Community Planning services are available to Rural Municipalities on a fee for service basis. There are a variety of services offered, and the services can be tailored to meet the needs of each individual municipality. No two municipalities are alike; each has their own unique qualities and objectives. The planning process is a way to portray these qualities and enhance the sense of community in your municipality while guiding development in a planned and organized fashion.
