SARM Legal Services
SARM currently employs staff, Michael Morris, Manager of Legal Services, Andrew Svenson, Legal Counsel and Teresa Edwards, Legal Administrative Assistant. The Manager of Legal Services and Legal Counsel principally represent Rural Municipalities with respect to claims under the SARM Liability Self-Insurance Plan as well as provide advice to the Board.
In addition, as time permits, Mike and Andrew can provide advice to RMs, including providing written opinions, drafting bylaws and agreements as well as representing RMs in legal proceedings.
