Municipal Capacity Development Program The Municipal Capacity Development Program (MCDP) was created with the primary objective of building sustainable communities in Saskatchewan. The role of the MCDP in sustainable community development is to encourage and assist municipalities in developing long-term municipal capacity on an inter-jurisdictional basis.
Provincial Rat Eradication Program The Provincial Rat Eradication Program (PREP) was established in the spring of 2010. PREP features a six-person board of directors, a six-person team of regional supervisors and the local pest control officers. The six PREP divisions are based on the six SARM divisions. The goal of PREP is to work toward the eradication of rats in Saskatchewan.
