SARM Tradeshow - March 8 - 10, 2010

 

 

The SARM Trade Show is held each year during the Annual Convention in March.  This convention normally draws around 2,000 people with the majority being reeves, councilors and rural municipal administrators. The show attracts many different companies, government agencies and special interest associations for the benefit of the delegates.  We encourage you to take the opportunity to meet the present decision-makers of rural Saskatchewan, the people who direct the annual expenditure of nearly $200 million in municipal goods and services.

Tradeshow FAQs

 

 

When is the SARM Tradeshow held?

 

The SARM Tradeshow is held in conjunction with the Annual SARM Convention which is held typically the second week of March.  The Tradeshow runs from Monday evening, thru to Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.

 

 

Where is the Tradeshow held?

 

The Tradeshow alternates from Regina to Saskatoon each year, with the even years being in Regina and the odd years in Saskatoon.

  

How much does it cost to be an exhibitor at the SARM Trade Show?

 

The cost of the 2010 show is $600 in-line booth, $680 corner or high traffic area booth plus 5% GST.

 

 

What is the size of a booth?

 

The booths are 10’ x 8’ in size and come with a draped table and 2 chairs.

 

 

How can I become an exhibitor?

Can large equipment be displayed?

 

Large equipment is not a problem in Regina—space is unlimited!!  Bulk indoor display space is available at the Regina Show.  However, in Saskatoon there is no area to display large outside equipment.  First priority will be given to our major sponsor for exclusive rights to display their equipment in front of the main doors of TCU Place.
