Attention All RM Administrators:
I am wondering if your municipality is having a problem enforcing their Municipal Bylaws. We are looking at various methods to enforce ours in a more stringent manner.
At some point we have received a fax from a retired RCMP officer who would be willing to help municipalities with such things but, I cannot put my hands on it right now. Does anyone out there have information on this person?
Would you please share -
- Do you do your own enforcement,
- Do you hire someone to do the enforcement, is it a local person or is it a company who is in this type of business.
Any information that you might have would be appreciated. We have a council meeting next week and will be discussing the subject then. Thank you.
